Rick is a Certified Human Behavior Consultant who specializes on building team cohesiveness. He has been training corporations, youth leaders, and organizations for over 20 years. He also directs a youth organization who facilitates after school prevention programs.

Group Facilitation: Facilitating a group decision and getting everyone on board is a skill and does not come naturally!
